To expand your understanding of provider perspective,
review the three Provider Perspective case studies and answer the thought
questions at the end of each case study.
This exercise will help you to identify how service
provision might be impeded or affected by provider perspective, how these
impediments might be explained and addressed, and whether any of these
problems and their solutions might be applicable in your country.
When you have finished reviewing the case studies,
answering the thought questions, and reviewing the feedback responses, write
down three “pearls” based on what you have learned about provider
perspective. “Pearls” in the context of the MAQ Initiative are concise
statements that provide insights about improving the quality of service
delivery.
