Some of the files in ReproLine have PDF at the end of their names. These files are in
Adobe Acrobat or PDF format. PDF stands for Portable Document Format, which allows you to
view of document (complete with text and graphics) by using a free player program instead
of the software used to create the document (such as WordPerfect).
The free Adobe Acrobat Reader program is available for different types of computers
(e.g., Windows, Macintosh, Unix and more). Before you can download the Reader, you
need to:
- Register as a user (again, it is free)
- Select the type of computer system (e.g., Windows) from the drop-down box.
- Click the Download button.
Some material in
ReproLine includes video, such as instructions for repairing Zoe anatomical models.
To play the video, you will need the Real Player G2 streaming media player.
Streaming media refers to video or audio that plays comes to your computer a little
bit at a time, as opposed to downloading a large media file. For this reason, you
can experience it almost immediately, instead of waiting for a large downloaded file.
