  • Trainer demonstrates pelvic examination with model

Classroom Practice: Divide into groups of two or three people to practice pelvic examination on the model
Participants assess each other's performance using learning guides

Exercise: Recording breast and pelvic examination findings

Course Summary

aEach session in this schedule ideally should take approximately 2 hours, but can be modified according to the needs of the participants. Each session should include presentations of the material and practice with the models.

bParticipants should have reviewed the appropriate sections of the Guidelines for Performing Breast and Pelvic Examinations prior to beginning the course.
