- Survey 5-10 of your colleagues who care for patients and ask them to estimate the risk of transmission after a single needlestick from an HIV-positive patient. Ask them to rank HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C in order of risk from a single needlestick from an infected patient. Report your results.
- Please list the greatest barriers to use of standard precautions in your setting. Do you have suggestions for improvement in the use of precautions with each patient?
